The Company currently sells a product called the BT2, a Bluetooth biosensor wristwatch for automated online elder and chronic care. The Company’s upcoming flagship product is the Exmocare Empath, a cellular communications and GPS-enabled wristwatch that measures an individual’s physical condition and emotional state by detecting, correlating and transmitting heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV), skin moisture, skin temperature, and movement. The Empath will be the first ever wristworn human diagnostic/human tracking device with onboard digital signal process, in addition to flash memory capable of storing more than 24 hours worth of data for transmission. Combined with Exmocare’s proprietary software, both the BT2 and the Empath monitor its wearer and senses when something is wrong. This data is then electronically transmitted to a caregiver or family member, providing instant notification when problems occur. The information is also used to extrapolate emotional states based on a combination of physiological indicators. Alerts can be sent as an email, SMS, or Instant Message to recipients designated by the user. Unlike other devices currently on the market, the Exmocare sensor technology is designed to predict disasters, thereby facilitating the speediest, most effective response possible.
