Nascent Wine Co. Inc. (OTC: NCTW) is charting a course to become one of the up-and-coming leaders in the $46 billion beverage and food industry in Mexico. The company recently acquired the distribution rights for Miller products in Baja California, and subsequently acquired Piancone Group International. As a result, Nascent is one of the largest food distributors in Baja California with over 1,400 American and international products. Nascent has further plans to continue acquiring small to medium-sized beverage and food distributors in Mexico, consolidating the highly fragmented and inefficient distribution system that is currently in place. Nascent's distribution system allows them to service three major client sectors in the foodservice industry: traditional (restaurants, hotels, resorts, etc.), chains (national dining establishments such as Applebee's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, etc.), and retail clients from the largest supermarket chains in Mexico to the "mom and pop" grocery stores.
