Trimax Corporation
Trimax Corporation (tmxn.ob)
Telecommunications
  • Huge Growth Sector: According to Market Central, an independent financial research firm that focuses on high growth industries and companies, the BPL sector is possibly the number one sector in which to invest right now. By 2012, 33 percent of new broadband customers will access their services using BPL, and 13 percent of current broadband users will switch over to BPL (Market Central).
  • Federal Government Support: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Pat Wood, III and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Michael K. Powell issued a joint statement encouraging development of broadband over power line (BPL) communications services, noting the emerging technology's potential to provide competitive choices for customers and improve power supply system reliability. Chairman Powell cited the technology's potential to provide "ubiquitous service to all Americans at affordable rates." View the full copy of the joint statement HERE.
  • Effective Low-Cost Technology: BPL delivers High-Speed Voice and Data through an electrical outlet, and depending on the method used, BPL typically can deliver access speeds from 500 kb/s to 20 Mb/s which is what a select few companies can now deliver and is being extensively used in less-developed countries due to cost.
  • Inexpensive and Rapid Installation: PLC's BPL technology uses the existing electrical wiring to network computers, printers, faxes, entertainment systems etc. within the home or office. Installation is usually implemented in a matter of hours or days instead of weeks or months. This installation avoids the expense and disruption of burying cables or tearing apart walls to run new wires, which is necessary for most broadband access technologies.
  • Growing Acceptance: In the last month alone, PLC has concluded no less than four separate agreements to provide its services in several residential and office properties. As the advantages of this technology become more evident, the demand should definitely increase. Market Watch Central predicts that the company's stock could rise between 600 to 800 percent within the next 6 months to a year.
