  • Business Expansion: Recently, VoIP-PAL signed an LOI to purchase YakForFree.com as well as YakToAnyone.com. With Yak's Virtual VideoPhone, subscribers can make and receive phone calls with real-time video over a high-speed Internet connection directly from a PC without the need for a regular analog phone. Calls placed to those outside the community from the Virtual VideoPhone to local and long distance numbers in the United States and Canada will cost $.02 per minute. These assets will add subscribers, equipment, and technology blended into a new branded product in the first quarter of '07. For more information visit: www.yak.com.
  • New Transactional Platform: The Company has been beta testing its new Transactional VoIP Loyalty Pay Plan. This platform will allow those with loyalty points or miles to convert them into cash values in order to purchase VoIP services, long distance telephony, and equipment. Further, this alternative platform will allow the Company to partner with a variety of firms spanning multiple providers and product lines. VoIP-PAL.com already has entered into negotiations with some of the most recognizable names, and expects to announce specific agreements relating to this unique new program in the very near future. • Huge Expansion Market: According to VoIP-PAL.com figures, the Company has exclusive global agreements in place, and the number of end users in the target market is approximately 220 million people worldwide. Based on just a .005 market share and a low-end estimate of $1.50 per transaction, such a share of the market would generate 1.1 million transactions per month generating roughly $19.8 million in annual revenue. With the same market share and a high-end estimate of $8 per transaction, the same number of monthly transactions would produce approximately $105.6 million in annual revenue. • Booming VoIP Market: The transition to VoIP communications is one of the major developments in the telecommunications industry, with several dramatic success stories illustrating the potential inherent in this growth sector. Another major story in the market has been the meteoric rise of Skype to become the "world's fastest-growing Internet communication offering," with more than 171 million registered users worldwide (Source: Skype.com).
